When you add new places you find two categories for Real Estate Agents and Real Estate Agency, functionally the same,
there is no room for Real Estate Brokerage which is completely different.

Categories change from place to place in the world @RohithaF in Australia we have
- Real Estate Agency - this is a collection of agents working for one company and usually has sales, purchase, rental, conveyancing and other real-estate services
- Real Estate Agent - this is a single agent working for themselves (not the same as an agency) and usually only deals with buying and selling property
- Real Estate Appraiser
- Real Estate attorney (which is funny because we don’t use attorney, we use lawyer)
- Real Estate Auctioneer
- Real Estate Consultant (this is probably your broker)
- Real Estate Developer
- Real Estate fair
- Real Estate Rental Agency
- Real Estate school
