I love to post about bad experiences to give others warnings so they aren’t taken advantage of like I was. If I have had an extremely negative experience such as at The Rodeway Inn in Portland Oregon that the door and window didn’t lock and the gap around the door was excessive, I definitely want everyone to know they are taking a risk staying there. If I had only read the reviews BEFORE I ordered glasses from GlassesUSA, I would had been saved months of aggravation and stress, all the way to the point of threatening to sue the company for trying to keep my money and glasses. On the other hand, when a mistake has been made such as BareMinerals sending my package to the wrong address, the customer service representative not only corrected the problem but added freebies to my order, for the inconvenience, as posting fact not bias opinion is what a good review is all about.
