The picture is a catfish, well spiced and garnished with plantain, Irish potatoes, cucumber, canned beans and onions.

Thank you for sharing, did you prepare everything by yourself?, it looks like you used a lot of spices to marinate the fish.
I personally really like catfish, but for me it’s a bit tricky to cook and from where I’m from the catfish is smaller then the one you showed in the picture.
