I can attest to the fact that Nigeria Jellof is special and you can’t take that away. The way they spices and add other special delicacies makes it super mouth watering and i bet you, you’ll surly want to have a taste of it.

I bet this must be a great and tasty meal. The plantain looks well fried and not soaked in oil for too long would love to have a taste too. Also the peppered chicken looks tasty too but that rice looks like fried rice, is it?

Dear @Nuhuu I’m really excited reading your comment, it shows you know very much about Jellof and Fried rice and you can easily see figure out differences which is absolutely beautiful. But this is not a fried rice, although the similarities are very close on a glace but this particular jellof rice is free of oil but filled with special spices. It was a special order.

Oh my dear @Petra_M this was cafe here in Nigeria, i specially ordered for it but i did not make this myself, but i hope to get information all the recipe used to create this delicacy and share them here on connect.
