Witam jestem początkująca, poprawiłam stary komentarz na temat sklepu aby było zgodne z obecną sytuacją, komentarz prawdziwy. Komentarz jak bym go nie redagowała jest nie widoczny i nie wiem dlaczego. Druga sprawa znając ten sklep zobaczyłam że opinie piszą sobie nowi ajenci kturych widzę w tym sklepie , tak nie powinno być aby sztucznie sobie podbijać punkty, nie do tego zostały stworzone gwiazdki na mapach, gdzie i jak można to zgłosić i zablokowac? Dziękuję za pomoc.

If you are sure employees are writing reviews of their own workplace this is a violation of the guidelines. Such reviews can be flagged in the Maps apps. Also entire profiles can be flagged should they be serious spammers.

Dziękuję, nie rozwiązuje to mojego problemu nie widocznego komentarza. Komentarze pod sklepem są w 100% pisane przez właścicieli ale gdzie to zgłosić, ja widzę tylko zgłoś komentarz jako zgłoś opinię konflikt interesów, ale z tego zgłoszenia nic więcej nie wynika. A co z moim komentarzem? Z jakiego powodu jest niewidoczny? Nie ma tam nic obraźliwego.

Sorry I missed your second issue, @Helenaptys .
It would be really helpful if you would use the tagging tool when replying to someone here on Connect. Type @ followed by the username. Type slowly. Then we get an e-mail notification and you are more likely to get a prompt reply.
After flagging a review it always takes a long time before action is taken.
I can confirm from your public profile that you have added 4 reviews and only 3 of them are public.
Google has automatic filters that hide your reviews so only you can see them. This can happen when some of your reviews violate the guidelines, including:
Prohibited and Restricted Content
Format Specific Criteria (See under Text Reviews and Captions)
