Nice Friend Badge – A Heartfelt Thank You

Today, I received the “Nice Friend” badge on Local Guides Connect. It may seem like just a small icon, but to me, it carries a much deeper meaning…

This badge represents the value of kindness — how a simple “like” can show appreciation, how taking a moment to support someone can build a stronger community.

When I first joined Connect, I felt alone. But over time, I met wonderful people here — warm, supportive, and inspiring individuals. Every post I liked, every story I read, felt like saying “hello” to someone from afar, like sending a silent smile.

So, this badge is not mine alone. We earned it together — all of us who believe in sharing, supporting, and growing with each other.
