New York Street Artist

In 2017 I walked past Laura, a homeless girl begging on the streets of New York City, literally every day for four months. When I came back two years later, in September 2019, I found her still living on the street but painting beautiful little watercolours and selling them. It made me so happy. I bought a couple of paintings and as soon as I was back home in Sydney I went to the art shop and bought some art supplies to bring back to her when I returned in November. She was so happy to see me again and receive the art supplies and I was happy to hear, after five years of living on the street, she finally had a place to live.
