When I add 1 minute video, the video size decrease at 30 seconds. I couldn’t submitted 1 minute video. Please help.

The videos uploaded to Maps all have a maximum duration of 30 seconds.
If you refer to the one-minute video to participate in the selection of Connect Live 2019, you don’t have to put the video in the app Google Maps, but you have to save it in a folder on Google Drive or upload on YouTube!
