I love the Google socks I received through the Local Guide rewards program.
They are slowly getting a hole in them.
Does Google sell or send out new Socks on any regular basis?

The answer to your questions are NO. You were lucky to get that pair of socks. The rewards are not sent on a regular basis either,infact there is no particular order regarding who gets or doesn’t get it. It’s not related to your level as a local guide as well.
Nevertheless keep active on the program and you may get another pair of socks. One never knows Fingers crossed.
Make sure to update your Local Guides Settings and have the Rewards check marked. Also make sure to put the location of the city where you reside. After that, just pay attention to your inbox.

The socks are highly sought after. Now that yours are Hole-y Socks, it makes them more special!
But, no, you’re never getting another pair 
. Mine shrunk down about 5 sizes after the first wash, and I’ve kept squeezing into them with pride for the last 2 years.
