Just received a notification from Google Maps, that the places I added have reached a new record for me, viewed 8,000,000 times :tada:

Amazing. That’s more than the population of a country. The small steps we Local Guides do voluntarily, can have such an impact.

Most of the places I added are small shops, whose owners are not familiar with Google Maps, so they can’t manage their place themselves through Google Business Profile.

Hopefully the owners of the places I added feel helped, because it makes it easier for potential customers to find their place through Google Maps!
