Now, you finally can. Google recently launched a new feature that allows you to receive notifications when a business owner replies to the reviews you’ve left on Google Maps.
Just five minutes after the business posts its response, you’ll get an email informing you of the reply as well as a link to read it in full. There are also plans to release push notifications on mobile at a later date.

So that the reviewers will get the email whenever they left 5-star review, that means also they will not get any emails if they leave 1, 2, 3, 4-star review?
Hi @ThanhLan , What Arimar is saying be it 5stars, 1star, 2stars, 3stars, or 4stars when the business owner replies to your review, you will get the notification when the business owner replies, it doesn’t matter on the type of rating you gave the business, that will not affect the notification. They would get the notification for all types of reviews or ratings be it positive or negative. When local guides leave a review of a business, the business owner would be notified too by email as well and they will also be able to reply to customers review.
very nice add @AriMar , this will make it easier for business owner to communicate with there happy and not happy customers and can imporve there businesses , and its good for us also as a customers before being a local guides i like this feature
