Traditional Tandoori Moorgh

Traditional Tandoori Murgh → One of the famous dishes from Indian Cuisine & named after the tandoor clay oven which is used to make this dish. Skinless thigh & legs of chicken are marinated with yoghurt, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, ginger – garlic paste, lemon juice, cayenne, kasuri methi so that all these spices penetrate through the flesh of chicken. It’s then cooked in tandoor resulting into succulent & flavourful chicken chunks with bursting flavours of rich spices & a smoky mouth watering aroma.

Badshahi Tangdi Kebab

Badshahi Tangdi Kebab → A famous North Indian chicken kebab. Tangdi literally means leg. Tangdi Kebab is different from tandoori chicken by the portion of chicken & usage of dry roasted grounded chickpeas along with green chilli paste. Chicken leg pieces are marinated with yoghurt, ginger- garlic paste, garam masala powder, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, green chilli paste, red chilli powder, paprika & dry roasted chickpeas or besan. It is then grilled after giving coal smoke to it or it may be cooked in tandoor in a traditional style. It is served with green mint chutney & salads.

Makhmali Moorgh Seekh Kabab

Makhmali Murgh Sheekh Kebab → A delicious appetizer made with ground minced meat being skewered in cylindrical shape. Minced chicken mixed with ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, ground cumin, turmeric powder, gram flour or besan, coriander powder, roughly chopped cilantro,grated onion, lightly beaten egg used as binding agent. The paste is then skewered & pan grilled. This kebab is tender juicy & flaky, creamy & extremely delicious.

Galaoti on Toast

Galouti on Toast → A fusion of traditional Galouti kebab with a continental twist. This kebab was originally invented for the old Nawab of Lucknow. It doesn’t need any chewing & melts in mouth. Prepared with minced mutton marinated with chopped raw papaya, chopped ginger garlic, cardamom, cinnamon, roasted & dry ground poppy seeds, chilli powder, nutmeg, peppercorns and then mixed with chopped coriander leaves, chopped green chilli, roasted gram flour & egg. It’s then given round patty shape & shallow fry on medium to low flame. These succulent & scrumptious kebabs are served on top of crispy crunchy garlic bread toast instead of paratha. It’s a must have here.

Cajun Spiced Fish Tikka

Cajun Spiced Fish Tikka → An extremely popular North Indian dish presented with a twist. Fillets of debonned fish are marinated with yoghurt & Cajun spice – a mixture of garlic powder, paprika, ground black pepper, salt, onion powder, cayenne powder, dried oregano, red pepper flakes & then grilled. This succulent & delectable fish tikka is a perfect blend of zesty, spicy flavours & is a must try.

Chilli Basil Tandoori Potato → Baby potatoes mixed with lemon juice & cooked with red chilli, basil leaves & fresh cream having a tangy, spicy & creamy flavour with rich aroma.

Tandoori Barrel Potato

Tandoori Barrel Potato → Barrel shaped large potatoes are scooped out the centre & filled with chopped mushroom mixed with other herbs & spices & marinated with yoghurt, ginger-garlic paste, Kashmiri red chilli powder, garam masala powder & then grilled well. It’s served with green mint chutney & salad.

Multi Pepper Oyster Chilli Mushroom → Small button shaped mushrooms are cooked with colorful green, yellow, red bell peppers in a sweet & salty & spicy chilli Oyster sauce. This spicy & flavourful dish demands a try to please your taste buds.
