My google local guide level is 6 can any one suggest me how to join meetups and how Google help us…

You can read about how to arrange a good meet-up.
You can also try to find for meet-ups near you.
My best suggestion is to gather some Local Guides friends whom you know nearby yourself and arrange your first meet-up. For example a simple visit to some attractions around your place, or to try some new food place. Take photos and upload to Maps. That would be a good simple first meet-up idea.
