New List On Google Maps: 8 Best Traditional Restaurants in Lima

Hello, my friends!

As many of you already know, Lima and Peru, in general, have acquired a well-deserved reputation in the**gastronomic field :spaghetti: .**The agricultural wealth, thanks to the microclimates, and regions with varied geography added to ancestral traditions have allowed us to create an explosion of flavor that enchants thousands of tourists every day. I particularly have very varied tastes of food, it depends on the weather, humor, many things, but perhaps what I like most is the traditional Peruvian food (called “Comida criolla”). The flag dishes are known to all Peruvians, Lomo Saltado, Aji de Gallina, seco de cordero, there are hundreds. It occurred to me to create a list of what I consider to be the 8 best traditional food restaurants, they offer buffets, the price-quality ratio is off the charts, beautiful layouts, in some cases with live shows, and so on. The recipes, the flavor, oh my oh my :stew: almost unfair.

Another brilliant publication! Thank you so much, @marcorp for this post and for sharing this, with a doubt, a very helpful list with us. Every time that I open a food related topic published by you, my mouth starts watering. Next time, I’m getting some snacks before beginning reading your post. :slightly_smiling_face:

P.S.: I’m so hungry right now that I almost forgot to tell you that I’ve relabeled your post and it now appears in the Food & Drink section as in my opinion fits best over there. I hope you won’t mind.
