Recently Dubai Municipality rebuilt this Square tower as per my knowledge ( this called Morabaa ) its build by Sheikh Maktoum Bin Hasher Al Maktoum ( 1894-1906 ) AC for Observation and Defensing the Deira aria.
Any any one know the more about this or any changes in this kindly let me know.
