I am trying to add a new business but it getting Not Accepted. I am adding a picture of the and every details but still it getting rejection. This thing dishurt us to add new business on map. Because we are doing efforts to add more and more accurate business places for public to get travel there easily but all the times my new places adding get rejection.

First, as I see, You’ve tried to add it with the wrong name. Descriptions aren’t allowed on Maps. You should check other branches of this bank to see if it is most known as “United Bank” or “UBL”. Then only add one name (Complete or Acronym) without using another name or adding a branch name.
Moreover, Always try to add POIs with at least one contact info: Landline number or Website. This not only helps the system to better indicate it but also helps users have the ability to contact directly to one business.
Then note that since a few years ago, the Bank-related categories have been under hard restrictions, and most users can not edit or add such POIs. So it is not something unusual that your edit denies.
So, the best practice is that the bank agents add the POI through the Google Business Profile to have no trouble. But if you want it yourself as a user, you can ask in the Maps forum with enough documents to get help from the experts.
Banks and hospital are not accepted by local guides. They must be registered by the company itself.
