Adding new places on Google Maps us difficult. We have to first find places not listed at all. Then photograph them and add them on the Google Maps app. A place not on the Google Maps could mean fewer people are aware of it. So, when you get 1000 views of places you added it means something. Though those many views are easy with well known places. Google Maps feature of letting users add places is a nice feature. It is helpful to map literally the entire world.
