Neverending Beauty of St. Pete Beach, Florida, USA.

Whenever you visit St. Pete Beach, Florida, you will enjoy spectacular sunsets, clean, powder white, soft sandy beaches, warm calm waters, and friendly people from across the globe. There are so many wonderful places to eat, drink, relax, party, shop, dine, and explore. Many of us call the beaches our home, yet it can be easy to forget just how magnificent they are, and how lucky WE are. Watching the dolphins jump, the rays and fish swimming, the countless birds soaring. They fill me with gratitude, which I do my best to share our natural beauty with the world. Sunshine, exercise, and relaxation are critical to our well being and healthiness.

I hope you too can visit us here in our delightful home, the beautiful beaches of St. Petersburg, Florida.

Hugs from St. Pete, Florida native,

  • @MichaelSNovilla Beautiful post and photos. I think there are some upside down photos you have here. Not know if they are intentionally or unknown but you can edit the post here :slightly_smiling_face: Thanks for sharing these nice photos here with us!*

Hi @MichaelSNovilla

Thanks for sharing these lovely photos, however, please be mindful of the quantity in one post. Usually it’s ideal to have 10 photos at most in one post. Also, there is an overall limit to how many photo you can post, so you don’t want to use it all at once. Uploading a photo: Read these guidelines

Nevertheless, your photos of St. Pete Beach are stunning! Do you live close by? I would be there every day if I had this view.

Hey Sophia_20, yes thank you for pointing it out! The photosystem was really ‘buggy’ yesterday, and I was having issues. I appreciate your help. I do a lot of blogging, so was just ‘dipping my toes in’ here (bad pun) to get started on the LGC platform. I’ll clean it up now. There does NOT seem to be a way to rotate nor crop images (??) and the forum revealed that this is known but still (2020?) unaddressed. Very odd from Google which we all love. Anywho, thanks and I’ll clean them up today, hugs from sunny St. Pete, Florida!

  • @MichaelSNovilla you are warmly welcome. Btw, when you want to answer someone, you can type “@” before their name and then the name will appear and the person know when you respond to them.*

Hello @MichaelSNovilla

What a beautiful beach it is! Thanks for sharing that awesome photos. Thank you for making me miss to go to beach now :joy:

And I hope someday I could visit FL to enjoy the beaches and spend my day in the happiest place on earth in Orlando. You know what I mean, don’t you?

I would like to inform you, please add @ before the name to communicate with fellow Local Guides on Connect, so that the one you mentioned will get the notification.

Thank you. So even though this is a direct reply to the person I’m replying too, if I want them to be NOTIFIED then I add the @Sophia_Cambodia so they are notified specifically, instead of their just seeing this message when they log in. Correct?

Thanks!

You’re right @MichaelSNovilla

I hope you enjoy to do the conversation with fellow Local Guides here on Connect.

Btw, are the beaches in FL already open as normal?

Yes @Velvel the beaches are open in Florida. There are social distancing requirements over the entire state, and city by city mask requirements. We all (should) realize that fresh air, exercise, and sunshine is GOOD for our immune systems, which our beaches can offer all 3. The beaches are HUGE so plenty of space for everyone. Hugs!

@Velvel would you please be so kind  as to show me how to create my - signature that includes the hyperlinks? It’s easy to create the signature, but I cannot find how to add the links. The editing buttons are missing. Thanks!
(PS I really loved traveling through Malaysia and Indonesia.)

I personally haven’t used signature yet @MichaelSNovilla , but let me help you to find the solution

Do you familiar with HTML? I found a great post from @AnuradhaP about Tutorial: Add a personal signature to your posts(with a demo video)

You could follow his tips. Hopefully it will help :slightly_smiling_face:

Good to hear it. What cities in Indonesia that you’ve been before?

Yes, I’ll use HTML, thank you @Velvel  you are most appreciated and helpful!
Kuala, Malaka, Bali, Singapore, Brunei, Philippines are where I’ve been in your (area) “neck of the woods” as we Americans say. So around but not too much actually in Indonesia. I’m looking forward to coming back to your area, SO MUCH TO SEE and EXPERIENCE!

Hey @MichaelSNovilla Congratulations you could use the HTML successfully!! Now your signature gets much more better!

Wow… you have your own website. That’s so cool!

Yes, you should visit my neck of the woods again. If you love beach and mountain, Indonesia has both of them with stunning view. It would give you great adventure experience! This is one of my awesome experience in Indonesia. You could take a look at my Connect post about Riding Gondola in the Middle of The Sea .

If you’re looking forward to coming back to Asia, then I’m also looking forward to coming back to the US someday. I’d love to visit and explore the states there

Beautiful vistas @MichaelSNovilla
