I got an email offering me the pin. I collect lapel pins and was elated to find out I’d get one for my contributions to Google maps. I filled everything out accordingly and received an email confirming I’d receive the pin within 6 weeks. My address and name were correct. Is there any way to get one or am I just taking the L here? Just hoping for an answer. Thanks team!

First of all if you haven’t already, please read “Question about a Local Guides reward email? Read this first”.
Either your package is stuck with the shipping company or the customs.
You’re not in this alone, a lot of people are having this issue and there is nothing to do other than wait.
You can order a replacement reward by filling your credentials on the bottom part of the FAQ page.
But before you order a replacement please consider that it may take even longer to get.

Rewards are random and have no specific system in place. Nobody is guaranteed to get a reward.
