Nero Norcia è una mostra mercato del tartufo che si svolge a Norcia a cavallo tra la fine di febbraio e l’inizio di marzo.
Cosa si trova in questa manifestazione?
Beh… nasce dall’idea di valorizzare al massimo il TARTUFO, un fungo che nasce sotto terra e che nel periodo di dicembre, gennaio e febbraio esprime il suo MASSIMO a livello di sapore.
Un tartufo molto simile è ampiamente diffuso anche a giugno-luglio ma il sapore è nettamente inferiore.
Tornando alla Mostra Mercato, il tutto è molto simile ad una grande fiera, con tantissimi prodotti provenienti da tutta l’Italia.
Tanti prodotti aggiuntivi vengono aggiunti ogni anno e a volte ci si può imbattere anche in spettacoli di strada con piccoli artisti o a rievocazioni storiche.

Nero Norcia is a truffle market exhibition that takes place in Norcia between the end of February and the beginning of March.
Why this event was created?
Well … it was born from the idea to promote the TRUFFLE, a mushroom that born underground and that during the period of December, January and February expresses its MAXIMUM in terms of flavor.
A very similar truffle is grown in June-July but the taste is clearly inferior.
Going back to the NeroNorcia market, everything is very similar to a large fair, with many products from all over Italy.
Many additional products are added every year and sometimes you can also come across street performances with small artists or historical re-enactments.

Here is my proposal to be able to share this type of event on Maps, a bit like doing with the meetups, but keeping clear who is the organizer (during a meetup the organizer is the meetup creator), what do you think? Hi @manulele81 I believe that I’ve never eaten truffle (I’ve heard about it, but it’s not a kind of food common here in Brazil). I loved your photos, you rock, man! What I liked most was this one.
