I thought this was fixed last year, but it wasn’t. Some of I reviews are not shown, especially negative reviews, my negative reviews are hidden from public view. I have checked them repeatedly, none of them violate any policies, I’m specific about issues, I don’t violate any policies whatsoever, but none of my negative reviews are shown, especially when they are about insurance companies, or any large companies like that.

Have you since found resolution to this issue? Is it still happening to you or anyone else that you’re aware of?
There are entire threads about this, so unfortunately this is common.
Hello, @Digitalmaster ! Thank you for reaching out to us! I checked your profile and noticed that you posted 546 reviews, and 529 are shown publicly (97%), even a lot of the 1-star reviews (it’s not a bad percentual).
Sometimes keywords can trigger our filter, which can be very sensitive sometimes. A business or a user can also report a review, but it will be checked before being taken down.
It happens to everyone. I’m a very experienced user, and I’m sure I’ve never broken any rules, but I also have some reviews hidden.
I understand that it can be frustrated to have a review hidden, but the filters and other Google tools are necessary to keep our community an enjoyable space for everyone.
