I would like to inform to all the people travelling through Chabahil - Bouddhanath Roads to use alternative way while raining in this monsoon season. This road have no proper water outlet system. Road becomes very watery and muddy which makes problems to travel through this road. So, I would like to inform that, Save your time while raining by choosing another road.
