Need to Remove from Hire a Professional, No Access to Trusted Help Center

Probably a month later, I changed that to “not available for hire.” Now, years later, I am getting lots of requests for services, and I found that I am showing up on the search results in Street View for “hire a trusted photographer.” How to I get off this list?

I have been searching all the Google services forums and keep finding links to some sort of exclusive Street View Trusted Help Center, but when I click on it it just directs me to the generic Google Help page. I have also encountered a link to some sort of form, which also just takes me to the generic Google Help page. I do not have any emails showing up when I search “trusted photographer.” I am stuck and nothing is helpful. Please, how do I get my name off this list?!?

Hello, @Cazaril . Can you check if it is the link that you are trying to access: https://support.google.com/street-view-trusted?hl=en.

Thank you for the response. No, that link only takes me to the generic Google Help page. I also tried opening the link in incognito mode. Same result.

@Cazaril , only Street View Trusted Photographers can access the SVTP help center, and you don’t have the Trusted Photographer badge.

This is the reason why you can’t access with the link shared by @AlexandreCampbell .

Do you have the badge with a different account?

No, this is the only account. I think I was on the Trusted Photographers once, for like a month, back when it first started, but I decided it wasn’t for me and I changed it to “not for hire” back when you could do that in the Street View app. So I shouldn’t be on the “for hire” list…but I am. But I no longer have access, like you said. This is my problem.

You should now have access to the dedicated Street View trusted Help Center. Please log in with your trusted account and fill out this form if you wish to be removed from the for-hire list or opt out of the trusted program altogether. If you have trouble logging in the Help Center, please try incognito mode and clearing your browser cache and cookies. Let me know if this works!
