New in delhi , if anyone interested in exploring Delhi .
Hi @The_Genie ,
To find fellow Local Guides from your area, try searching the community for mentions of your city/country to find posts that have that name in the title, body of the post, or the location tag. Feel free to jump into these conversations, engage with the Local Guides near you, and plan a meet-up.
Similarly, I always encourage community members to mention your location in the subject line of your post (i.e. Meetup at [your city]) or in the “Location” field. This way, other Local Guides who are from the same area can find your post easily.
@The_Genie best way to explore delhi is take hoho bus from cp. Service starts at 8.00 Am and ends at 7.00 pm by hoho you can explore Delhi’s 20 tourist attractions. Hope that will sort out your problem
Hi @The_Genie
If you do have to explore Delhi on you own, @AmbrishVarshney gave a good suggestion. The Hop On Hop Off bus service - really good value for an Indian national (not so much if you’re a tourist from abroad though).
Buy your ticket on the bus at any of it’s pick up points - not it’s not possible to see all attractions in one day, but sometimes the ticket they give you covers two days ![]()
Another option is to rent a car+driver - I’ve done this several times, either from my hotel or using a tour operator (found on Trip Advisor).
Best of luck
James
