Recently I tried to fix/remove the wrong drawing road from google map. It’s given me an error “unable to load road data”
Below are the steps which I tried to fixed/remove road
On your Android phone, open the Google Maps app;
Tap Menu (burger menu) > Help & feedback > add or fix a road > Drawn incorrectly (tired with Drawn incorrectly and Road des not exist options, both giving same error)
Select the affected road;
From the list that appears at the bottom, tap the place or road you want to fix (In this step give me an error “unable to load road data” )
The steps you are following seems to be correct, you would report the segment that does not exis as such and you would report the name of the unnamed road segment as Gramodaya Road.
If you have problems reporting on the Maps app on mobile try deleting the app’s cache and user data and try again, or you could send your feedback from the web version of Maps on a computer.
I have noticed that you are actively participating in the Local Guides program with more than one account and this is against our rules. Doing so will result in the removal of one if not all accounts and may result in a permanent ban from the Local Guides program.
