Need help with a spammer.
Somehow he became the owner of the POIs of the yacht clubs and gave them his details. Changed names to spam.

Such data issues are normally better dealt with in the Maps support forum.
Hit the Community tap at the top and make a post.
But you might also be lucky that a Google Moderator like @DeniGu will take it from here.

Thanks for the advice. I think that the problem is more serious than just contacting the Maps support forum. Spammers somehow manage to create a POI and immediately become the owner.
I can mark them as spam, but I don’t know what to do with real POIs that have been stolen. And since these cases happen all the time, I decided to write about it here.
There is also the possibility to involve the Google My Business support, but I hope @DeniGu or one of her colleagues will step in and help you with this.
