I have encountered a problem
After I added some of the places and the google map accepted. I gave my review and rating. But the rating is shown as 0.0 (*****) (1), but I actually gave 3-4 stars.
Also, when I added some photos, others cannot find my review. For example, I post some photos of one restaurant (the middle one , showed Lam Tin) and my friends cannot see that photo. Other than that, some of the reviews cannot be shown.
Anyone knows the reason?

It’s was commonly happening for all.
Hope your reviews are hidden once Check this in this post mentioned about Hidden Reviews.
Are sure your reviews are completely unpublished then use the form called Account Investigation For Contributions Not Visible On Google Maps the form after you submitted it’s surely work.
Note : After the form you submitted it’s take few weeks time not few days also there is no notification if your problem solved.

Please confirm.
Your profile is set to restricted. If you want my help spotting what could be the cause and how big your problem with hidden reviews is, you need to change your privacy setting as explained here temporarily. It can also be done from a Desktop computer. Goto Your contributions, then Profile settings, then toggle Restricted profile.

Update. I seems like your profile is unrestricted. I can see your reviews but all your photos are hidden by Google.
I can confirm from your public profile that you have added 1644 reviews (that is a lot) and only 1291 of them are public.
Google has automatic filters that hide your reviews so only you can see them. This can happen when some of your reviews violate the review guidelines.

If you want to identify which of your reviews are hidden check this post.
One problem could be that some of your reviews are very short and not very helpful. “Next to the bus stop” is not a real review. You forgot to tell us what you experienced and how you liked the place.
Since I can see any of your photos it is not possible to help you. But if you are sure you follow the photo guidelines, then please go ahead and use the form called Account investigation for contributions not visible on Google Maps if you believe that some of your contributions have been wrongfully unpublished. Keep in mind, it takes several weeks for the check to be done, and you will not be notified about the result, so I suggest you check the status of your reviews once a week or so.

I have sent the account investigation form to Google and wait for their reply.
Since all my photos have been hidden, I have significant star photos have been unpublished. If the investigation is over and all my photo is not hide by Google, will my photo can be recovered and become the star photo again? Because some photos are taken 2-3 years ago, hard to get back that place to take .
I think most of my photos follow the guidelines , but just wait for the result

When reviews get republished they also recover their views. I believe the same is the case for photos.

Eu já teve fotos que foram restabelecidas após pedido de revisão e aconteceu os seguintes comportamentos distintos:
duas fotos as visualizações anteriores foram zeradas e a foto apareceu como “publicada agora” e a contagem começou do zero 
demais fotos a contagem continuou de onde tinha parado quando as fotos foram ocultadas.
