Last couple of weeks ago I have visited Nazrul Memorial Center in Kazir Shimla, Trishal, Mymensingh; where he used to live in his childhood and studied at Darirampur school. The house where he used to live is now a memorial center and open for public access. A lot of visitors visiting this place every day to see a few collections of his used items inside the memorial center.
The Kazi Nazrul Islam is a Bengali Poet, Writer, Musician and also a National Poet of Bangladesh although he was born in Burdwan district, West Bengal, India; but he used to live in Kazir Shimla, Trishal, Mymensingh in his childhood and studied at Darirampur school near by; it’s now a public University called Kabi Kazi Nazrul Islam University.
It is situated at the village Kazir Shimla, Trishal in Mymensingh district and near about 10KM away from the Mymensingh town.

Opening Time: It’s open every day morning to evening.
