Navigation to Wrong side of the building

Hey everyone,

im currently in a Hotel and the owner told me about her problem, which the couldnt even solve with the mayors help.

The thing is that guests always get navigated to the hotels adress, but that steet is located above the hotel from where they can‘t enter.

The Hotel and its drive and parking spots are enterable from the Road unterneath, but thats another roadname/address.

Does anyone know if its possible to change the navigation behavior effective without changing the hotels address and without Setting the Location Spot Closer to the other Road since its for sure on the correct Building?

Snippets for doing it through computer (currently can’t be done from Android or iOS devices)

  1. On your computer, open Google Maps.
  2. Click Directions>iyudhi_0-1628022215091.png.
  3. Enter the starting point and destination for the route for which your directions were wrong.
  4. On the left, click on a route description for step-by-step directions.
  5. In the bottom right of the map, click Send feedback.
  6. Next to the wrong step, click the Flagiyudhi_1-1628022215260.png

Hi @EllaAdventuring

I have been able to fix this problem by simply moving the pin (map marker) close to where the entrance is.

Have you or the owner tried that? If not, please try. It is a lot quicker way to fix the problem.
