Nature pics from Eisenhower Park.

I love Dwight D Eisenhower Park. This is one of my go to spots to destress. There’s good fishing here, nature trails, picnic areas, playground and also a fishing pond. Beware of getting too close to the bank. I’ve seen a couple of alligators here as well. If you love to bike, this park doesn’t have a lot of traffic so bring your bike, park your car and have fun.

HI @WilliamsJL

Welcome to Connect.

Thank you for your contribution! It sounds like a great place and I would like to go there once. It would also be nice if you could share some photos of the place.

Because you are new here, I recommend you to get familiar with the following articles: What makes a good post? and The 5 core values of Connect.

You can also introduce yourself here: Introduce Yourself if you feel like it.

I am moving your post from Photography to Travel as it suits better there.

Thank you again. I can’t figure out how to put pictures in my post that I’ve taken. Is there an uncomplicated page that shows you how. I’m a visual person. Would you help me with that?

Hi again @WilliamsJL

You’re welcome. Of course I can help you with adding pictures.

This is how you do it:

  1. Start writing a post.

  2. Click on photos on the top of your new message.

  3. Click on choose files in the middle

  4. Find a picture you want to upload in your computer, upload it, and click done in the bottom left

I am adding 2 screenshots because you said you are a visual person so it might help you.

By the way you can tag Connect members in your posts by writing @ before their name. This way they receive a notification and know that you are trying to communicate with them directly.
