Natural Stone Bridge & Caves

These photos are from a visit to the Natural Stone Bridge & Caves in Pottersville, NY. A natural wonder in the Adirondack Park in New York State. The massive Stone Bridge is the largest marble cave entrance in the eastern U.S. and is still being carved by the beautiful Trout Brook**.** To be standing on these stone walkways and seeing the caves gave me a sense of awe. The formations here are timeless. This is a self-guided tour now with the pandemic. What an adventure this was!

Great and crisp photos @_iwrotethesky
Thanks for informing about yet another Natural Bridge Cave in NY.

How much is the depth of these caves?
The another Natural Bridge Cavern, which I visited in San Antonio, TX; was quite deep & exhausting & hence the curiosity.

Hello @C_T , I was not able to tour any areas of depth due to the pandemic. (Self guided tours of the main areas only). Here is the link that has more information. https://stonebridgeandcaves.com/ I would love to see some in depth caves in the near future!

Thank you for the kind words! @AnikSetyawati Greetings from New York State!

  • @_iwrotethesky nice photos my friend but they seem not up straight perhaps you want to edit them?*
