I’m just wondering of the real purpose of contributing with your “eyes” to a voluntary program adding and editing information to Maps, where no one pays and neither get recognition!! What for then? We do it out of passion and interest, simply by the reason that, the more you speak up about your local community the more people will know you and get to know about new places, and its quality upon the reviews. Naturally contributing helps people, business, amplify the information, and, of course, thus you might be eligible to receive some perks such as gift cards depending on the quality of your contributions.
