Khas Shahjani is a beautiful village situated in Nagarpar Upazila, Tangail Bangladesh. I love this village for few reasons. 1st one its natural beauty. Its amazing. Another one, this village surrounded by two big river Jamuna & Dhollesori. Jamuna one of the big river in Bangladesh. Dhollesori is branch of this Jamuna. Two river covered this village. When you will go there you will see the beauty. In Rainy season both river have huge water flow. Sometimes its flooded near by area also. But in dry season it have less water specially Dhollesori totally dry some places. Just see the beautiful pictures. Local people mainly involve in agricultural work. Few people work in other job like teaching, health job & others. Village area approximate 3km square. Few portion of this village now in Jamuna river due to corrosion of this river. Govt not taking appropriate initiative to prevent this. Local people suffered a lot. During rainy season they need to use boats as all roads are flooded. I love this village very much because of is own kind natural beauty. I request all my friend to visit this village.From tangail city you can easily. If you want to travel from Dhaka, please go tangail city by bus first than from Tangail Baby stand place you will get CNG to go gol chottor stoppage. Than cross the Dhollesori river. You will find it.
