Kasreng rice is indeed extraordinary
Nasi Kasreng is Luragung’s original culinary
It tastes very good with strong herbs and local characteristics of Luragung which are not responsible for giving spices.
Don’t ask me the taste … ???
Various menus are served at Kasreng Mandiri Restaurant. There is a shrimp menu, a meat menu, a fish menu, a vegetable menu, a pepes menu, various sambal, and a variety of typical foods in the Luragung region.
Indeed I do not know the origin of the name Kasreng, and even after I asked, there was no info regarding the naming of this Kasreng.
Equipped with delicious grilled petai (Parkia speciosa), jengkol stew (Archidendron pauciflorum) and tespong vegetable (Oenanthe javanica) which is typical of Indonesia and West Java.
Do not miss the pepes carp which is also a typical side dish of Kasreng rice and I chose this menu. The taste is guaranteed to be very delicious.
A complete food menu, with rice from black Oryza sativa rice, complemented by a variety of tempting side dishes plus an impromptu shrimp paste chili and eating with a view of green rice fields stretching ???
this is the impression for us to eat at the Kasreng Mandiri Restaurant, eating in a verdant rice field and fresh air.
Thank you Mas Akhmad Fauzi Nurulhamzah for the feast. Greetings to Mr. Pembina for Kuningan travel information that is complete and not in the text book. Greetings to the coach for the typical brass hand that adorned the contents of our luggage that we did not expect ???
Recommendations for those of you who like culinary, don’t miss it.
