Napier Museum is situated on the Museum compound in the heart of Thiruvananthapuram city. Built in the 19th century, Kerala’s rich cultural heritage is on display at the museum. It contains a host of historical artifacts including bronze idols, ancient mammals, a temple chariot and ivory carvings. The museum has been named after the former Madras Governor-General John Napier. The Natural History Museum also situated on the Museum compound, has come excellent exhibits like the skeletal bird, animal and taxidermy galleries.

@SAIJOGP1 I have visited this museum, it is very wonderful and there is also a zoo next to it.
Nicely captured though you probably used a mobile device,
Due to this the photo appears much smaller on a desktop or laptop.
I suggest that you edit the post @SAIJOGP1 then change the settings of the photo to ‘Larger’.

It is so good to know about the local places and hidden gems in India. This museum shares a lot of information and interesting things to display. Would want to visit this place during my trip to Thiruvananthapuram.
