Hit the Community tap at the top and make a post. You need to attach or link to official documentation supporting the name change you are proposing. Copyright-free governmental maps are probably the best proof you can attach.
Your word and a photo is rarely sufficient documentation.
Next step would be to step up your level of documentation in the Maps Support forum. When providing sufficient evidence the volunteer experts on Maps Support forum are more likely to be able to help you out.
In the past there have been several reports of issues where the naming in India has not been official. Or a place can have more names and villages not considered an independent village when someone eventually finds and submits the official map.
Maybe fellow Local Guides from India can share details on where / how to find the needed official documentation.
It’s all about being polite in the forum. Your post could be the reason no one responded there. You should go via the terms of support forum as you have tried helping other users too.
You need to choose better words before you reach any support forum. If there is any mistake on the maps then product experts hardly miss any post.
I’d recommend you to continue this street name edit conversation there in the support forum for appropriate help. As we do not encourage users to share such(legal evidence) details here publicly.
My english might be average but as you said when i post a question i don’t post anything bad or misleading or offensive you can check my questions in Google maps forum by the way i don’t think i did not get answer because i did use any inappropriate word. I just posted the problem i faced on Google map! asking a question or Posting a problem on Google map doesn’t make me responsible for not getting answer!
By the way thank you again! same Thing happened here i did get reply here but not the solution!
Would you mind educating our friend @Manojktiwari on where to find the official Indian maps that are proper documentation when raising an issue in the Maps support forum?
It will be always difficult to help you, if your information are always without a correct link, given with a large approximation and ending with the assumption that “they don’t want to help”
Especially in the Support forum, be clear and concise, providing a link of the place and a simple description of the issue. If the issue is related to a road, please provide a link to an official maps. Product experts and Local guides here are not Sherlock Holmes, they work in the information (few and mostly unclear) provided by you. This is what @deepakjhic and @MortenCopenhagen are telling you, and looks like @C_T already interacted with you somewhere else.
I know, it is not easy to be clear if English is not our main language, so feel free to use your own language.
