Mysurpa is sweet dish belongs to Coimbatore. In early days, Mysurpak is a sweet in Tamil Nadu. It is made from Dhal flour. It was somewhat hard. The 2.0 version of Mysurpak is the Mysurpa. The difference is Mysurpa just melts in your mouth. With the same ingredients, the process changes and we get the wonderful sweet of all. One gets adicted to it. One of my friend from Taiwan, where they rarely eat very sweet dishes got adicted to Mysurpa. Whenever he comes to Coimbatore, he eats a small piece of Mysurpa. The most famous shop is Shri Krishna Sweets. They cook the tastiest Mysurpa in the city of Coimbatore. Anyone can visit Coimbatore just for eating Mysurpa.
