@rhindo I personally did not receive this perk, so as far as the perk redemption experience, I don’t have any.
Did you re-request the second code after the first one didn’t work? And during redemption, used the same email as your Local Guides email? (not sure if that is needed though).
Can I suggest this where possible, try to re-request a new code again where possible and state your previous 2 codes didn’t work (I know it’s not ideal since you have done it before), and if the new code still does not work, reply it here and tag one of our Google Moderators to help.
If you cannot re-request a new code, then just reply here and tag one of our Google moderators in the list linked above.

I tried this again and it worked this time except the picture on the post card was someone else’s picture. This company is definitely not ready for paid business.
I recently got one of these perks. When I go into checkout, I enter the code, but nothing happens. It doesn’t say if its eligible or invalid, just nothing. Anyone had this issue before?

So basically this perks tells me to download MyPostcard app and I have to choose a postcard. Once I’ve finished editing and stuff, I have to go to checkout and add the promo code to redeem this perk. So what’s happening to me is that I enter the promo code and I get back no response. It doesn’t say if the code works or not and I do not see any change the final price. Just nothing. I contacted the app and they told me “Refresh the app”. I tried clearing the cache, clearing the data and reinstalling the whole app and I’m not able to redeem this perk. I tried a few times, then I just gave up.

I received a code from Google to “Redeem now”, “Surprise someone with a free custom postcard”. Downloaded app, designed card, no place to enter credit, click link from email, sends me to home page of app, no credit…?

I got the email, and it says to contact the app. I already contacted them and it wasn’t useful. They told me to refresh the app, I tried everything and still doesnt work.
