Photography is not just a hobby. It is the art of recording beautiful places and memories through the lens of a camera.
These days it is so easy to photograph and edit, thanks to the in-built cameras of our smartphones and the numerous apps and filters that our smartphones provide. Compare it to the pre-smartphone era, when we had to carry a camera separately and wait for days to get a printout. Also, those days the photo quality was nowhere as compared to what we have today.
However good photos do not necessarily depend on a pricey camera or a great object. Rather they depend on the right focus, accurate angles and above all, an enthusiastic photographer. I have followed these principles and never looked back.
Photography and traveling are my two hobbies that I am so passionate about. And they are complementary too!
Being an avid photographer and traveler, I rely heavily on Google maps and reviews. I rely on them because of the following benefits:-
1.To read and share reviews and ratings
2.To get the nearest route, my timeline, navigation help, reminders, offline maps etc.
3.To share location
4.When my phone runs short of storage space, I upload photos of the places that I have visited on Google maps and free up my memory
5.To guide people and represent my country on an international level (the main reason why I am a local guide)
6.To let others know of some beautiful, underrated or less-visited places like Kashmir.
Another advantage of Google is that when important structures (like the recently fire-ravaged Notre Dame Paris) are ruined or are undergoing restoration, the images of the structures uploaded on Google images (by local guides or others) serve as priceless memories.
Here are some photos of beautiful places that I want to share. Thank you for watching!
