Set aside. - Beat the butter for a while until soft. Add edam cheese and grated parmesan, stir well with a wooden spoon. - Enter the flour mixture, stir well with a wooden spoon until smooth and the dough can be formed. - Roll the dough thin then print according to taste. Arrange in a baking sheet without applying margarine. Brush with egg yolks and sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese. - Bake in the oven 125 degrees Celsius. Wait until cooked (brownish yellow / golden brown). - Lift and chill. Store in an airtight jar.
