My whole trail of blue dots are missing

The trail begins here. This is a total of 24 photospheres that, if I remember right, did show up on the first few days, but one day they disappeared. Can anyone look into this and tell me why? Other photos from various users show up perfectly in that region.

Also, will you please not delete my photos like last time? I don’t have a backup of these files. If this problem is another one that mods can’t fix, just leave them as is. These files take a lot of time to create. Thank-you.

Hi @GreenRobot

Are you talking about single photo-spheres or blue lines (connected 360 photos at a road Level?). As far as I can see you are sharing a blue line.

As far as I can see there are two blue lines in there. One made by Google and one made by you.

Both are ending in front of a gate, so that the following part of the road seems to be a restricted road, and this can most probably be the reason for the removal of the blue line.

The blue line by Google Maps

I want to inform you that Street View is no longer supported in Local Guides Connect.

You should visit the Street View trusted Help Center, accessible to Trusted Photographers only for more details.

Should you be not able to access the new Street View trusted Help Center, please let us know, and we will tag a Google Moderator for granting the access to your profile.

My trail is separate from Google’s. Image below is not from Google but an in-progress screenshot I made earlier with a Java GPS program called Geotag.

The trail leads up to the mountain. It ends on the second curve where my camera’s battery ran out. It’s odd that you mentioned 2 blue lines because my trail has never shown up as a blue line on Street View or desktop. They only show up as blue dots, and they are missing.
And for the record, I am a trusted photographer.

First of all please use @ and fill the pop-up to tag the person you are responding to. In this way Connect will send a notification to the tagged person.

I know you are a Street View photographer, this is clearly visible on your profile in Connect, and this is the reason why I wanted to address you to the Street View trusted Help Center, accessible to Trusted Photographers only.

In the past the blue lines were created by adding Connected photos, and in fact from the link shared by you I can see that the photos are connected.

Now I’ve got your point, as your Virtual Tour is Inside the gate, while te Street view by Google ends on the gate.

However, it is weird that the blue line (because the photos are on street level and connected) is not visible, nor are visible the single dots

There were 2 times the blue line actually came through for me. Here’s one. Click on pegman to display my dots. These dots were once a blue line. A few days/weeks later, it broke up into blue dots instead. Next, this forked path did successfully turned into 2 lines, which are clearly seen on the map.
So yeah, totally a mystery to me why my mountain dots completely vanished. It’s not a private property.
