Do you ever get relax on Saturday feeling like you want to watch TV, but all the shows you feel like watching are out of season. So you try to find a new one just to realize nothing really grabs your interest?
I do so. And I bored at home without no one this weekend. My husband has been busy with his works for the last week. I found a baking course via Google Maps and I am really interested to join. And finally, I just took a short course for 3 hours on Friday.
And last night, I tried to imitate like my chef was teaching us how to make Lemon Zucchini Bread. I never thought it would be easy to make. No need to over mix, just stir until well combined set the oven temperature to 348 F for 30 minutes and Voila! I can make it now.
I love cooking, but always having difficulty when baking. I don’t know how to measure ingredients right before I take a baking course. But now, it seems so easy. This picture below is my homemade Banana Cake because I had so many leftover bananas. Instead of getting rotten, I made a cake from it.
This is my awesome weekend. I really enjoy baking my own bread after taking a short baking course. Google Maps make my life’s easier to find an interesting course nearby.
