I visited Palma restaurant at Nsukka today. Here’s my thought.
For a restaurant in a place like Nsukka,they are pretty ok. The customer service however,is really poor. I was talking to one of the servers and he just walked away. There’s no list to choose your menu from,you have to stand and make orders. They are extremely slow too,the price of the food is not stable. Every server says a different price.
I managed to purchase “ofe akwu”,after standing for a while, the food was cold. It wasn’t bad, just cold. Overall,I would rate them 2/5,the “2” is mostly because of their jollof rice,it is the best I have tasted since I came to Nsukka.
