Hi @Moriba ,

Thanks for sharing these photos with the community. Did you had a great time in Amsterdam? I personally am in love with that city. There’s always something to do and to see there. What I admire the most about Amsterdam is the tolerant culture and ethnic diversity. How about you? What are the things or spots that you liked the most during your trip there?

Did you check Madame Tussaud museum? I haven’t been to the one in Amsterdam, but I’ve heard that it’s better than the one in Paris, which I visited in 2015.

P.S.: Please note that I merged two of your posts in a single thread, as they share the same subject matter.

@KlaudiyaG Thanks for the following, indeed Amsterdam is a wonderful city to visit, I have visited this city for over three times and always have love for it; it is a city that is up 24/24h particularly city centre or the location of Dam square, the people are very tolerant and diversified, they are always ready to help you when you are in need. The world would have been a wonderful place to live if all cities would be like Amsterdam. Madam Tussaud Museum is just a world historical site that one should visit and be inspired, it is a very amazing place to visit.

@Moriba ,

I’m so happy to meet someone who loves Amsterdam as much as me. And, I completely agree with you, the city center never sleeps, but you can always escape it if you go to the countryside of Amsterdam. The best thing about that is that you don’t even need a car. Bike lanes are everywhere and you can access every part of this marvelous city only from the comfort of your bicycle. :slight_smile:

@KlaudiyaG indeed you are quite right about the amazing (bicycle) tradition that I saw in this country particularly the city of Amsterdam, nearly everybody has access to a bicycle which makes your walking around easier. The city is organized in a way that you can reach any place by multiple means of transport, among others, I could observed the bike, the tram, the boat, the train, bicycle, citybus, taxicab and famously walking on foot that I used a lot in order to discover many great features of the city.

Again, what really I admired about the people in this city is that nobody is proud of itself to ride bikes, even I saw a pregnant woman and a baby mom riding a bicycle which is rarely found in Morocco.

Thanks again for your comments :+1:

Oh yes @Moriba , that’s also something that I admire about Amsterdam. You have also a point about Morocco. I don’t remember seeing a lot of people getting around the city with bikes, especially in Rabat, but I think it’s understandable, as there is a lack of bicycle infrastructure construction, or at least when I was living there. Probably things have changed. At the end of the day, it’s been quite some time now that I left this beautiful country. Are you from Morocco?

@KlaudiyaG yes I am from Morocco, you are right one way or the other by saying that the country lacks bicycle infrastructure construction but that’s not all, what really I understood in this case is that riding bicycle in Morocco is understood to be the lack of means to have vehicle, except people who have lived in countries that value bicycle as sport instrument and an easy means for city transport. Despite the tremendous change in infrastructure and economic sectors, there’s still a lot to be done in the social sector. hhhh, I have come to believe that you visited Morocco and indeed you learned lot of stuff about this beautiful and lovely country.
