So hello guys. Right now I’m sitting in front of my computer and was thinking about the consequences our gouvernement released this morning concerning the covid-19 crisis. As university, restaurants and many more things will close tomorrow and we were told to stay at home I think it’s time to distract yourself. So, here is my second post regarding my very spontaneous trip to Portugal in September 2019: (Here is part 1)
After we left Lisbon we got our Camper/Van from “Indie Campers”. With this car we drove trough Portugal the following days. After we made our first grocery shopping and then headed to our first stop Ericeira. There we enjoyed a magical sunset. I really do recommend renting such a camper to drive trough Portugal. I swear, you will discover so many beautiful places and you can really enjoy them with your friends/family/…!
After our first stop in Ericeira we’ve decided to head further north to Nazare. On our way we’ve came across so many beautiful places an landscape and me and my friends enjoyed these relaxing summer days far from home.
On our second day in our van we found a very small secret spot. We just wanted to take a short break and drink something and so we took a small street towards the sea. Sadly we didn’t remember the name of the spot. A small town near this spot was called “Casais da Boa Vista” and with the help of Google Maps I found our spot - you can check it our here on Google Maps. But here are some pictures. We spent most of the day at this spot - although it was very, very windy we really liked it and it was a great start of our tour trough Portugal!
After a very cool afternoon we drove to Peniche because we wanted to stay there over night. Sadly it was very windy so headed to Cascais where we arrived very late at 10pm. and fell asleep in seconds.
That’s it for today guys! I really need to split this into more parts than two, because I really don’t know what I should do the whole day as we are not allowed to go outside So stay tuned and I really lookin forward for your comments, feedback and questions. (Here is part 3)
Greetings from Austria,
