My trip to Fort Worth

Hello, guides!

I want to share the experience that I had during my trip to Texas with you.

I took those photos at Fort Worth. It was the second step of my trip to Texas in 2017.

At Fort Worth, at the famous Neighborhood Stockyards, there is a cowboy atmosphere, despite it, has become a " tourist’s attraction" for many years.

When I arrived there, I attended the Longhorn parade at the famous Neighborhood Stockyards.

During this event, the long-horned cows’ parade on E.Exchange ave, were escorted by cowboys.

You can’t miss a visit to the Texas Cowboy hall of fame. There is memorabilia of the old west, as carriages, pictures, and exhibitions.

After that, I visited the Stockyards championship rodeo where the photos of greatest rodeo champions, are found but unfortunately when I visited it, this place was closed, but I visited it anyway.

Unfortunately, I stayed in Fort Worth for a few hours. But those few hours served to make me feel in the old west.

After this, my journey continued to Dallas.

Best regards

Hello @Luke_s ,

It looks like you had lots of fun in Fort Worth, thank you for sharing your journey there with us. You even saw some cowboys, really cool! :slightly_smiling_face:

The Old West is a fascinating area. I really want to visit there one day, and I would love to see a live country show or concert. Did you get the chance to go to one during your trip? What surprised you the most throughout your journey?

P.S.: I am going to remove the Italian language label from your post. These types of labels are used so that posts in different languages can be found more easily by Local Guides. You can learn more about language tags in this article.

Hello @Ekattotii,

Thank you for your words,

I attended a rodeo show on another trip to the Midwest at Columbia falls. It was very very beautiful and emotional.

In the American Midwest, you feel the American culture. if you like it, you can’t lose this type of trip.

Hi @Luke_s ,

Thanks for sharing more pictures and for your reply. I have never been to a rodeo show before. Is it some kind of race or competition? Why do you say it was emotional?

I look forward to more travel posts from you! :slightly_smiling_face:
