Hi,
My total photos views counts is not updating despite the views on the individual photos. It seems to be a known issue, however all the resolved cases date back to mid of 2019.
I’ve just been moved to Level 6 few days back and it seems the issue appeared just after that. Any relation?

Regarding your issue, I am not personally experiencing that. BTW, please take in consideration that, while the view of the single photos is updated quickly, the total view can take more time for being updated. Can you share some screenshot to understand from when yous count is blocked on the same value?

For now I would ask you to wait until the counts are being update. Sometimes it takes more time. If the views aren’t updated by tomorrow, please contact me via tag (putting @ in front of my nickname) and we will investigate further.

I can confirm your observation. My total pic view count is also stuck and has been so for about 4 days now. But I see that the count on individual pics are increasing at least daily. Just as you reported.
When this happened earlier we just had to wait - a few times more than a week for the tallying to start again. When it works (“well”) your total is updated every one or two days.
Hope this helps.
Am also facing same issue from last week onwards.
Total views is not reflecting in the dash board.
Please have a look at both photos.
Total views are same even after adding more photos while per photo counting is increasibg day by day.

Can you share more details? Like give example with numbers or a screenshot maybe?
As we are currently investigating we need the more information possible to check where the issue comes from and confirm if it is not just a glitch in the synchronization.
Same is the use case here.
I faced this issue last year too but it would get resolved in a day or two.
This time it has been 4 days i believe

I have monitored it every day. The individual photo views are updating.

Hi, I realised total view count only updated if I sort by “most view”, if I sort by newest, the view count had been static for quite sometimes. I can see view count keep increasing on each photo, “total photo received xxxx views” remain unchanged for couple of days. How to resolve this?

It’s not just you. My total views hasn’t updated for many days now. It has nothing to do with getting to level 7.
