Hello! My name is Julia and I have become a local guides recently. So, today I would like to tell you about my top 5 favorite places in the Izhevsk city. By the way, it is worth noting that Izhevsk is my hometown, I was born and raised here and I know every corner here. Izhevsk is the center of the Udmurt Republic and it is located in Russia. So, let’s begin:
- Cafe “Город” (City) - this is a very cozy family cafe. It is very tasty food and pleasant staff. Sometimes local bands play here, so you can enjoy live music.
- Cafe “Кофе Семь” (Coffee Seven) is also quite a cozy place with delicious food and good prices. It is nice to spend the evening with a friend. Just sit, chat and eat some delicious dessert (my favorite is cherry strudel).
- Bar “Пряный Кролик” (Spicy rabbit) - the best bartenders work here and thay prepare the most delicious cocktails in Izhevsk. I think everyone will like this cocktails. In addition, there is a beautiful interior with vintage items. And what music is playing here! This bar includes old vinyl records. I just adore it! The food here, by the way, is also very tasty. I recommend you to try pizza with jamon!
- If you suddenly want to eat a delicious pizza, then you definitely in “Pasta Hut”. Here you can taste the delicious nourishing pizza. This is my favorite pizzeria in the city. Any pizza from the menu + a glass of wine = a perfect evening.
- The last but not the least is the “Свет” (Light bar). I recommend you to come here if you are young and full of energy and you want to dance on Friday or Saturday evening. There is great sound and cool music for the younger generation.
