As a matter on fact I have spended most of the time in the last months from hospital to hospital. Clinics and laboratories here in México City.
I would really like to talk about some other places, but I thinK it would be really interesting to talk about the service at this kind of places.
When your health do not goes in good shape, is a chance to talk about this important places like hospitals, clinics and laboratories.
The accesibility becomes a very important part of this service…
Hospital Angeles Interlomas. (Hospital and laboratory)
If your acces is by car, is not really complicated to get there. You just have to get the closer parking site near to the entrance of the building and then take a little walk or take your Wheelchair. The most important thing is to be accompanied, other wise you could have an accident with the cars that arrive to the entrance of the building.
It is also important to note that the distances are quite large if you are walking or carry a cane or crutches. It is not very advisable because although the facilities are very wide and arable, it is really difficult to bring the aforementioned artifacts.
Laboratory
Inside the laboratory I was able to find people who develop their work very well and are very careful, like others who really need a lot to learn, especially when touching sensitive parts of your body and not being careful enough when performing the studies.
The buffet breakfast can be a very good option is a matter of food, the cost is somewhat high, 12.50 euros, it is nothing extraordinary although the service is quite good. Add then 3 euros more for a total of 15.50 euros per person. The delivery of results is very fast and the laboratory service is well supervised. In the image area there are some deficiencies since some students or recent graduates continue to learn and take time to complete the studies because they must be asking their superiors.
Hospital Español.
Located in Colonia Granada, north of Mexico City, it was founded in 1842 and over time there was an architectural combination between the old building and the new buildings where laboratories and doctors’ offices are housed. Parking is complicated since it is usually full on the first level and there is a need to go down to the next floor. They do not easily allow parking for people with disabilities if the car does not carry plates with the disability badge or a wheelchair.
There is a small cafeteria and elevator service.
NOMATTER when or how, always take a time to take a breath and get a little relax. I founded this this terrace very nice inside the hospital, besides that it was area for smokers.
I am not promoting smoking places under any circumstances, but we know that this type of area is increasingly reduced and those who enjoy a cigar can help us know where they are located and respect the restricted areas for this purpose.
Courious note: I used to be a vegan, but doctors told me that was not a good option for my health, so I stopped being vegan, it used to make me very happy indeed!
Clínica familiar ISSSTE Coyoacán
The coyoacán clinic is not really my favorite, waiting times are very long and the treatment by the administrative staff leaves much to be desired in general. You can wait for a consultation with a general practitioner for up to 5 hours. To schedule an appointment in the laboratory you should wait until 4 or 5 days, depending on the number of people who are previously scheduled. The advantages that there can be in this place are that the cost is only a monthly fee and that the location is a very pleasant place.
I always try to take a little break time as I told you before.
Most of the time I have to rest due to the pain and when I go out I should make the most of my time (since I could get out of the house!) Sometimes the easiest things for some are the most extreme for others, but well that’s life .
In Mexico City distances can be mostly based on time, not so much because of the number of kilometers you have to travel.
I love taking pictures of landscapes and sunsets.
I have also managed to make some good captures in 360 ° with my Theta camera, as well as the Cathedral of Mexico and the state of Oaxaca, especially the last nudist festival that took place on the beautiful beach of Zipolite.
