Eight years ago I started to post photos to Google Maps. Mostly in 360d format with my google phone’s multi-shot capabilities. Later I bought a Ricoh Theta. As of March 2020 I will crest 39M views. Amazing. So many people using my images. How did I do this? I don’t go out to shoot locations, I shoot locations that are along my travels. I focus on businesses and attractions and keep it simple, one inside, one outside, shot in 360 and standard for four photos. Some photos garner 100’s of views in less than a few minutes. Others will spike later in the day to hundreds or thousands of views.
It is fun to be able to contribute to building the visual map of our amazing country.

It looks like you are new in Connect, so I suggest you go through the following available resources to get familiar with our program. I read through the rules and I don’t see an violations. Apparently my other two submissions were removed. In none of the posts did I promote a product or service. I simply linked to helpful resources I’ve created for free that would be of help to others.I don’t see how this is a violation.
